3. User Accounts and Credits

• Purchase processing credits through our payment processor, Stripe
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Payment and Credits

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits can be purchased through Stripe, our secure payment processor
• Each colorization task consumes a specified number of credits based on image size and model used
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
• Credits do not expire unless your account is inactive for more than 12 months
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe's payment infrastructure

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images that violate any laws or third-party rights
• Upload images containing illegal content, including child exploitation material
• Upload images that are defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload our Service
• Share or resell your account access to others

6. Content Rights and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us:

• A limited license to process your images for colorization purposes
• The right to temporarily store your images to complete the colorization process
• Permission to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or the colorized outputs. All processed images belong to you.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms and will notify users of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colorize.photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we use advanced AI technology, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of colorization results for any particular purpose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though you retain ownership of all content you uploaded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
